OUR MISSION

Our objective is to organize high-quality events on campus that will effectively promote Warner Music Latina artists and enhance their exposure among the students at Florida International University.


Our aim is to ensure the successful planning of these events, and to maximize the impact of our efforts in order to achieve our goals.

Email Marketing / Flyers

  • Use MailChimp to send out updates on events team will coordinate on campus and what will be provided.
  • Inform FIU students on event details.
  • We have access to College of Business and AMA (over 22,000 emails) student emails
  • Gain access to other colleges (Hospitality, etc) at FIU student email

  • Direct FIU Students to mystery artist’s EPs, albums, and singles to generate streams.
  • Promote a Warner Spotify playlist catered to promoting artists signed under Warner.
  • Flyers will contain QR code to LinkTree with all Warner x AMA Information.

Listening pARTY

  • Focus Group for new album and receive feedback.
  • Use Qualtrics to obtain FIU students opinions on each track/overall album.
  • Exposure of artist’s content to FIU students. Lead to organic word of mouth.
  • Zoom / Video of artist thanking FIU students for listening to album.
  • Linktree with all Warner x AMA Information.

sTENCIL spRAY pAINT

  • Table will contain QR code to LinkTree with all Warner x AMA Information including link to single, Warner social pages, Tiago’s social pages, etc.
  • Will play Mystery artists music in background of event.
  • Different colored spray paint.
  • Stencil & spray paint mystery artists logo, single name, album name, signature ideas (ie. glasses), warner logo, autograph etc. on tote bags.
  • This will increase visibility for the artist on campus while also having interactive social event to verbally promote Mystery artist.

Mystery Headphones

  • To attract an FIU students to listen to mystery artists new release, we will set a table with a headset along with a mystery sign that read “Do you like/listen to mystery artist?”
  • Students will sit at the table ring the bell and be handed some headphones (Warner can have specific brand). Once headphones are placed we will play a 30-sec/1 min audio of one of the new tracks. (headphones will be sanitized after each use)


  • We will record content (reels, TikTok, etc.) from this as well as gain FIU students perspective on the 30-second/1 min audio.
  • After students participate they will be shown a QR code with a survey.

Panthermonium

  • Meet & greet during Panthermonium. In order to meet artist, students will have to present FIU Onecard, scan Linktree, and follow social media pages.
  • Artist will perform alongside other artists from setlist in a concert on FIU campus.
  • Huge event for FIU students so will increase artists reach and expose FIU students to artist.
  • Artist gives shirts to those who meet and greet. Shirt & meeting the artist is an incentive for students to follow socials and linktree.

Summerfest

  • Have artist perform at Summerfest to increase knowledge of artist and expose to FIU students.
  • Hand out QR codes & stickers while artist is performing to stream the song lineup/albums.
  • Hand out water bottles with artist face, EP cover etc. with QR code for students to stay hydrated while also having artist information.
